New releases and restock dates are posted on Instagram.

Unless stated otherwise, new and popular items are restocked on Sunday at 9:00 PM Pacific, which is Monday at 1:00 PM Japan time. Limited edition items are not restocked or reproduced.

Payment

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Shipping and returns

What follows repeats our policies. If this page and a policy ever disagree, the policy is the one that counts.

Processing

Please allow 1 to 4 business days for an order to be processed, and 5 to 7 business days during busy periods such as a new release. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Delivery

Once an order has shipped, please allow 3 to 5 business days within the United States and 7 to 21 business days internationally.

Tracking

Tracking is applied automatically to orders over a certain weight, such as car parts, apparel and some accessories. For lighter orders it can be added at checkout for an extra charge.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are marked in the product description, along with projected manufacturing and shipping dates. Those dates are subject to change, so please read the description before ordering.

Customs and duties

NEVER CONTENT is not responsible for duties, taxes or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer is responsible for any country restriction, duty, tax or other fee collected.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please check your name, address and order contents before completing your purchase. An order can only be changed or cancelled before it enters processing, so if something is wrong, email support@nevercontent.jp with your order number as soon as you can.

Pre-orders and anything marked final sale cannot be cancelled once placed. NEVER CONTENT reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any order.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Stickers, car parts, accessories and apparel are all non-refundable. Car parts and accessories are sold in their existing condition, new or used.

Sale items, discounted items, gift cards and anything marked final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Trademark

Never Content, Bad Luck Club and Marble Soda are registered trademarks worldwide. Use of the name, or any logo, photo, graphic or image, without prior written consent from NEVER CONTENT INC. is strictly prohibited.

特に明記のない限り、新商品や人気商品は日曜日の午後9時（日本時間の月曜日午後1時頃）に再入荷します。限定版商品の再生産はいたしません。

お問い合わせフォーム、または support@nevercontent.jp までご連絡ください。すでにご注文済みの商品についてのお問い合わせは、注文番号を記載してください。

配送と返品について

以下の内容は各ポリシーの再掲です。このページとポリシーの内容が異なる場合は、ポリシーの記載が優先されます。

注文処理

ご注文の処理には営業日で1〜4日かかります。新商品の発売時期などご注文が集中する期間は、営業日で5〜7日ほどかかります。ご注文いただいた順に処理を進めます。

配送

商品の発送後、米国内は営業日で3〜5日、海外は営業日で7〜21日ほどかかります。

追跡番号

自動車部品、アパレル、一部のアクセサリーなど、一定の重量を超えるご注文には追跡番号が自動的に適用されます。重量に満たないご注文は、チェックアウト時に追加料金をお支払いいただくことで追跡番号を付けることができます。

予約注文

予約注文商品は、製造日および出荷予定日を商品説明に記載しています。これらの日程は変更される場合がありますので、ご注文前に商品説明をご確認ください。

関税について

米国外への発送には関税が発生する場合があります。関税を請求された場合はお客様のご負担となり、いかなる場合でもNEVER CONTENTが負担することはございません。

ご注文の変更とキャンセル

購入を確定する前に、お名前、ご住所、ご注文内容を必ずご確認ください。ご注文の変更およびキャンセルは、処理が始まる前のみ承ります。お早めに注文番号を添えて support@nevercontent.jp までご連絡ください。

予約注文商品および最終セール品は、ご注文後のキャンセルはできません。NEVER CONTENTは、ご注文の受諾、拒否、キャンセルを行う権利を有します。

返品と交換

お届けした商品に不良または破損があった場合を除き、返品および交換は承っておりません。不良や破損があった場合は、お届けから7日以内に、写真と注文番号を添えてご連絡ください。

ステッカー、カーパーツ、アクセサリー、衣料品はいずれも返金できません。カーパーツおよびアクセサリーは現状のまま（新品または中古）の販売となります。

セール品、割引商品、ギフトカード、最終セール品は、返品、交換、返金の対象外です。

返金が承認された場合、元のお支払い方法へ営業日で5〜10日以内に処理いたします。

商標について

Never Content、Bad Luck Club、Marble Sodaは世界各国で商標登録されています。NEVER CONTENT INC.からの書面による事前の同意なく、名称、ロゴ、写真、グラフィック、画像を使用することは固く禁じられています。
